Delivery information

Once your Rhodes Piano has been made and thoroughly tested by our dedicated team of professionals, we will contact you to advise you that we will be sending your new instrument in the coming days. We ship by international courier, which is generally DHL or UPS and their local partners.

Once your piano is built delivery will take between 3 – 7 days depending upon where you are in the world. All packages are tracked and we will send you the tracking number so you can follow the progress of your instrument as it makes it way to you. Your piano is fully insured for the journey should anything unfortunate happen while in transit.

We use custom designed packaging to ensure that your piano is safe and secure, we use a dual box system with recycled shock absorption materials to make sure that it is well protected.

Once you receive your piano, please make sure to test and inspect it and let us know if there is anything you need to report. You can contact us at support@rhodesmusic.com

A welcome pack is included with your piano. You will also find a series of videos on our Rhodes YouTube channel for ‘quick start set up’ and first steps with your new piano.

For customers outside of the UK, the courier/ freight handler will contact you prior to delivery, to arrange customs clearance and collect any import duty, VAT, fees or taxes payable at your country’s rate, based on the value of the shipment, before the piano can be delivered. These charges are your responsibility to pay – we ship all pianos under incoterm DAP (Delivery at Place) as we are not permitted to add taxes/ VAT to the purchase price at checkout.
