The Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed except by Rhodes. Rhodes reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value and approximately similar features for any prize due to unavailability or difficulty in shipping.

You are eligible if you are 18 years of age or older as of the date the competition is announced. Entrants must also be legal and non-fraudulent.

The Competition is open worldwide, except in jurisdictions where participation is prohibited, restricted, or would subject Rhodes Music Group Ltd to legal, regulatory, or tax obligations, or where delivery of the Prize is not feasible.

Without limitation, this includes countries subject to UK sanctions or trade restrictions.

Without limitation, and without affecting the general exclusion above, this also includes:

• Residents of the U.S. states of New York and Florida, unless and until Rhodes has completed the registration and bonding required under the applicable state sweepstakes statutes prior to the Competition opening to entrants in that state;
• Residents of Italy and Brazil, where national prize-promotion authorisation regimes apply and Rhodes has not obtained the relevant authorisation in respect of this Competition; and
• Any other jurisdiction in which, in Rhodes’ reasonable opinion, local law would require registration, a permit, or a bond that Rhodes has not obtained prior to the Competition’s launch.

You are ineligible to enter and will be disqualified if:

• You are an employee or director of, or a member of the immediate family (parent, children, sibling, spouse, regardless of where they live) of, or live in the same household (whether related or not) with, such employees and directors (collectively, an “Employee”) of Rhodes, or if you are an employee of their respective parent and subsidiary companies, or of an advertising, promotion, judging, production or publicity agency doing business with any of the above, or of any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, or anyone connected with the production and distribution of the competition.
• You have attempted to enter the competition via multiple accounts or entries from the same account.
• You have not complied with these Official Rules or the final decisions of Rhodes, in Rhodes’ sole discretion.

To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the entry process via the official competition widget powered by RafflePress (the “Entry Platform”), accessible via Rhodes’ website or official promotional channels.

Entrants must provide the requested information and complete the required entry action(s) as displayed within the Entry Platform.

Participants may earn additional entries by completing optional bonus actions, including referrals and social media engagement, where available.

All entries are subject to verification in accordance with these Official Rules. Rhodes reserves the right to determine the validity of any entry and to disqualify any entrant found to be in breach of these Rules.

At the end of the competition period, the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received via the Entry Platform.

Each valid entry will be allocated a number of entries based on the actions completed by the participant, as displayed within the Entry Platform. The more valid entries a participant has, the greater their chance of being selected.

Winner selection will be conducted using the random selection tools provided within the Entry Platform or an equivalent method at Rhodes’ discretion.

All winners are subject to verification in accordance with these Official Rules. Rhodes reserves the right to disqualify any selected entrant and select an alternative winner if it reasonably suspects any breach of these Rules or unfair conduct.

The selected winner agrees to return any prize received if a representation made proves to be untrue, and shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rhodes against any and all claims, damages and expenses, including attorneys’ fees incurred as a result of any such misrepresentation.

If you are selected as a winner, you consent to the use of your name and likeness by Rhodes Music Group Ltd for the purposes of publicity and release to the media in connection with this Competition, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Any use of your data for direct marketing beyond this is addressed separately in Section 6.2 below.

Canadian Winners. If the winner is resident in Canada (other than the Province of Québec), the winner must correctly answer, unaided and without the assistance of any mechanical or electronic device, a mathematical skill-testing question before the Prize will be awarded.

6.1 Competition Administration. Rhodes will process entrants’ personal data as necessary to administer the Competition, select and notify winners, and arrange delivery of the Prize. Personal data will be retained for a reasonable and proportionate period after the Competition closes to allow Rhodes to manage queries relating to the Competition. Rhodes will not disclose entrants’ personal data to third parties except as necessary for these purposes.

Rhodes shall take reasonable steps and technical measures by using security software to prevent personal data from being misused.

6.2 Marketing and Publicity (Optional). Separately from Section 6.1, Rhodes may invite entrants and winners to opt in to receive marketing communications by email, or to have their name, image, or social media handle featured in Rhodes’ own marketing and publicity beyond the winner announcement referred to in Section 5. This consent is entirely optional, is not a condition of entry or of receiving the Prize, and may be withdrawn at any time without affecting your eligibility to enter, win, or receive the Prize.

By participating in the competition, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against Rhodes or its affiliated companies, its employees and agents for lost, late, damaged, undelivered, unseen, or miscounted entries, whether due to technical or human error, any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the competition, or from the award, receipt and/or use or misuse of any Prize. In order to receive a Prize, the winner may be required to sign an official waiver form provided by Rhodes.

Rhodes may revise these Official Rules (and/or cancel, modify or suspend a competition, including altering the Prize) if, in its sole discretion, the competition cannot reasonably be conducted as specified at any time. Such changes will be posted online, and you agree to be legally bound by the Official Rules as updated, modified and/or amended.

If a third party provides Prizes, the sponsor is responsible for delivering Prizes. In so far as the law is permitted, Rhodes shall not be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept liability for any damage to the Prizes incurred during transportation of the Prize (s). Your statutory rights are not affected by this provision.

Delivery Contingencies. If, in Rhodes’ reasonable opinion, the Prize cannot be delivered to the winner’s notified address because of property access restrictions, building regulations, or other logistical constraints outside Rhodes’ control, Rhodes may, at its sole discretion, agree an alternative delivery address or method with the winner. This Section does not create any entitlement on the part of the winner to a cash alternative or a substitute prize of the winner’s choosing; any substitution remains at Rhodes’ discretion under Section 1.

The Official Rules are governed by English law. You agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the competition or any Prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
