The Order Process
At Rhodes Music Ltd our skilled and dedicated Rhodes master craftsmen build each MK8 piano to order.
We make around 50 pianos each month. All piano orders are assembled chronologically: if your purchase is order #273, your piano will be built directly after #272.
Depending on the demand, there may be a wait before it is the turn of your MK8 piano to be assembled by the Rhodes team.
Once you have placed your order, we aim to have your custom Rhodes MK8 in your hands as soon as we can.
At Rhodes we make a maximum of 500 pianos a year, and each piano is made to the custom specification of our customers. For this reason supply is very limited and we advise that you place a deposit as soon as possible in order to secure your instrument.
We will contact you before we commence the build of your piano to ensure that all the specifications are as you want them, and you will be able to add or remove FX options, and change any colours or finishes before you pay any remaining balance and we commence your build.
We will update you with the expected delivery of your instrument, and until you make the final confirmation with us of your specifications and balance payment you can get a full refund.
If you are located outside of the UK we will not charge you sales tax/VAT or import duty, this will be collected by the delivery company once the goods get to your country.
