The Rhodes MK8 ‘Golden Brown’ is a rare tribute to a Rhodes icon and one of the most charismatic instruments of the 1960s – the Rhodes Gold Sparkle Piano Bass, immortalised onstage by The Doors.
The MK8 ‘Golden Brown’ is both a reflection and a reinvention – a nod to a golden past, alive with the expressive range and precision of the modern Rhodes. The result is a piano rooted in history yet vibrant in the present: warm, articulate, and equipped with all the acclaimed soundshaping tools of the Rhodes MK8 required by the modern musician.
