The Rhodes x Nicolas Dixon Hand-Painted MK8.
In October 2024, Rhodes partnered with internationally acclaimed Leeds-based artist Nicolas Dixon to create a truly one-of-a-kind masterpiece: a hand-painted MK8 piano. Following a successful silent auction which helped raise proceeds for the charity Last Night a DJ Saved My Life, Dixon has designed two exclusive MK8 hood wrap designs.
Only 20 limited-edition pianos featuring each design will be made available, with £500 from each sale donated to the LNADJ charity. Through these initiatives, Rhodes aims to raise £20,000, which will fund the construction of at least 5 wells, providing access to clean water for up to 2,500 people.

Nicolas Dixon is a Leeds-born abstract artist known for his use of vivid colours and biomorphic shapes to convey deep emotions.
Influenced by Carl Jung’s concept of the collective unconscious, his dynamic work has earned international recognition, with Marie Claire USA calling him “THE UK abstract artist making ripples.”
Dixon’s murals and commissions are featured in prominent locations throughout his hometown and internationally, including historic landmarks and renowned prestigious venues. His versatility, however, extends beyond murals, including designing custom sneakers, record weights, slipmats, and large-scale sculptures.
Dedicated to philanthropy, he has supported multiple charitable projects through his art, including previous work with Last Night a DJ Saved My Life .
